WHO WE ARE
LTAOP is constituted as a consultancy firm offering consultancy in the field of design, liaison and due diligence in Real Estate and is in operation from 1st January 2019.
The Principal member Mr. Laxman Thite is a senior architect heading the proprietary firm, practicing under the name & style ‘Laxman Thite Architect’ (LTA) over 4 decades and has earned the remarkable reputation.
The members who are working with LTA for considerable long time and naturally formed the professional bond with LTA. With a view to lessen the personal work load of Ar. Laxman Thite, the above said members are associated to form the consultancy firm called Laxman Thite AOP (LTAOP).
The ongoing projects, barring few, of LTA are switched over to LTAOP. Thus the professional legacy of LTA is automatically planned to be shifted to LTAOP after retirement of Mr. Laxman Thite. Thus the success story of LTA is taken over by LTAOP and continued smoothly and seamlessly always with focus on benefits of the clients and end users of built environment.
